About the Job

Support the Consumer Engagement team on PR (Reporting, studies, preparation of events) and other CEM missions (assets management, KCI studies, reporting etc).

Key responsibilities:

Support TFB EMEA Consumer Marketing Manager on building Consumer Marketing Strategy in EMEA (18 markets), driving brand awareness and increasing market share with a specific focus on the following points:

About Your Responsibilities

Key tasks:

  • CONSUMER MARKETING 360 GO TO MARKET STRATEGY

  • Prepare competitive overview x monthly highlight (using marketing intelligence and other insights coming from affiliates)

  • Work on transversal projects on consumer trends and competitive insights

  • Support on Trade initiatives and reporting

  • Identify and scale best practices in monthly Consumer Marketing calls

PR/COMMUNICATION

  • Monthly PR report consolidation from affiliates & follow up

  • Coordination of PR needs and request Global/affiliates (ex. PR boxes, Events)

  • Drive regular analysis and provide key ideas on how to move PR to the next level

  • Monthly follow up of 360 activation files (according to budget and estimate)

  • Launch recap consolidation for each big initiative (4/ 5 x year)

  • Consolidate info/ best practices/ kpi from affiliates regarding virtual selling

OTHERS:

  • Help affiliates on any request regarding product Assets and Social crops

  • Prepare competitive activation overview x monthly highlight (using marketing intelligence and other insights coming from affiliates)

  • Participate in all corporate marketing/online meeting and prepare a recap/ideas to be shared with the team

Qualifications

About You

Available 6 months starting July 2024

Minimum Education Level :

Higher Education (Bac 5, from a Business school or university)

Minimum Years and Area of Experience :

Ideally at least 1-year work experience. Interest in the cosmetics sector. Previous, relevant marketing experience.

Required Language Proficiency :

Fluent in English (language of work) and ability to speak French.
