About the Job

As part of EMEA eretail & epharma team, you will support both specialist and director on all brands from ELC portfolio in the EMEA Headquarters (Europe, Middle East, Africa and India) and in contact with 22 markets eKam, regional brand teams and EMEA retail team.

The job has 2 main axes :

  • Execution and support to facilitate local ekam task

  • Report and training to regional colleagues in order to give more insights

About Your Responsibilities

  • You will support local ekam teams to execute FY25 animation plan: assets providing facilitator, ingredients list, monthly monitoring of our 18 affiliates, new product launches online, key shopping moments and offering (Black Friday, Holiday, Mothers day),

  • You will create a macro animation plan cross brand and cross eplayers to offer a real time file as a reference for affiliates to apply brand big moments

  • You will follow up and track an branded sharepoints as regards assets ready to deploy to retailers / affiliates

  • You will Support & Participate into epharma expansion needs

  • You will be the dedicate POC for tools in terms of data extracting, training scheduling and best practices sharing

  • You will compile, analyze business reports and KPIs to deliver a shorter version to the top management in order to evaluate performance of pan european accounts

  • You will extract, analyze and gather performance reports on a monthly basis for the entire region: sales performances, prices benchmarks, NPD, pan European data, door ranking, etc.

  • You will update in real time the eretailer footprint with brands presence, doors openings and sales related

  • You will benchmark on eplayers’ animations & follow up on affiliates execution

  • You will organize best practice monthly call and support across the region

Qualifications

About You

Available 12 months starting September 24

Minimum Education Level: Student with a higher education Bac 4/5 or Business Schools (end-of-studies internship)

Minimum Years and Area of Experience:

  1. Sales and business oriented

  2. Mutli projects management/able to work in a fast-paced environement

  3. At least one experience in e-commerce and digital.

Required Language Proficiency: English and french fluency is a must

  • Digital Savy and passionate

  • Rigouruous and confortable with figures and excel sheets
