Job Summary
Prepares and serves a variety of special diets for residents according to their clinical needs.
Participates in daily meal preparations as well as meal preparation for special events and group functions.
Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses the ability to respond to specific issues and data reflective of the resident/customer’s status.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in the facility.
Education and/or Experience
High School or GED graduate preferred.
Previous food service experience preferred.
Previous experience in working with people and in demonstrating respect to others.
Work Schedule
Day/Evening shifts as needed; PRN
6:00 am - 2:30 pm or 11:30 am - 8:00 pm
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$18.25 - $22.25
