Description

We are looking for a technical, hands-on Assistant Director of IT Operations to manage a team of 5 and assist our busy Director of IT. (LInkedIn doesn't have a job title for an Assistant IT Director)

• 5+ years of leadership experience

• Very technical operations manager who can communicate well

• Strong infrastructure background

• Mostly on prem, some Azure cloud

Hybrid in Eugene, OR

Salary $119 - $160k

Requirements

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct a team

• Extensive knowledge in developing and implementing IT policies and systems

• Proficiency in managing and maintaining network infrastructure

• Ability to strategize and plan IT initiatives aligning with business objectives

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Relevant certifications in IT and managerial role would be advantageous.
