Starr Regional Health and Rehabis currently seeking talent to fill the position ofday shiftCertified Nurse Assistant ( CNA )for our Skilled Nursing Facility. This job is permanent,full-time.
Core competencies include, but are not limited to the following:
- Performs basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN or LPN, including monitoring vital signs, and recording intake and output.
- Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, eating, and ambulation.
- Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Assists with keeping patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean and orderly.

Minimum Education High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience: □ Preferred X Required Required Licenses [Tennessee, United States] Nursing Assistant Nurse Aide Certification in State of TN Minimum Work Experience 1 year recent post acute care experience X Preferred □ Required Required Skills/Certifications: The below certifications will be required within 60 days of hire: X Basic Life Support (BLS) Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
