TE Connectivity (Advanced) Quality engineer in Esztergom, Hungary

(Advanced) Quality engineer

Job tasks:

  • This role is part of the team that oversees projects (in terms of quality issues) since their start till pre-series production of connectors, which we produce

  • This includes evaluating customer requirements, plan and solve quality related matters to be the customer interface in quality topics

  • Create APQP deliverables according to automotive standards and support the project team in quality related questions

  • Conducting feasibility studies within Design Reviews during the concept, development and industrialization phases.

  • Moderating and guiding the engineering team in completing FMEA using APIS software

  • Be accountable for "0 incidents approach" to implement lessons learned in order to avoid customer complaints

Ideal experience and knowledge for this role:

  • University degree in engineering or quality

  • Professional experience in either quality or process engineering

  • Knowledge of automotive quality tools and norms

  • Experience with APQP

  • Fluent English

  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
