Job Summary

  • The Chef is responsible to prepare all food items for patients, retail area, Drs. Lounges, special functions, and staff.

  • The Chef is also responsible for the creation, planning, and preparation of daily specials and special events.

  • The Chef is responsible for cooking on the line during meal periods, with haste and high attention to detail, in accordance with the Nutrition Services Manager’s guidance.

Education/Certification/Experience

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks

  • 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

  • No weekends or holidays

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  • $19.00 - $23.50
