The Opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Banquet Captain to join our team at Holiday Inn Estes Park in Estes Park, Colorado. As a Banquet Captain, you will lead the food and beverage team during events while delivering the highest quality of service to our guests. Responsibilities
Train, schedule, and supervise banquet team members
Conduct daily function meetings with banquet managers and team members before events
Ensure all company policies, service procedures, and safety standards are followed
Maintain communication with the banquet and kitchen teams
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months experience in a supervisory position
Excellent guest service and employee relations skills
Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic math and counting skills
No high school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts
Possible exposure to loud noise
