Nestle Product Manager - Accounts Receivables in Esplugues Llobregat, Spain

We are looking for a Product Manager - Accounts Receivables to be part of our IT Finance and Legal Technology Department.

The role

To enhance our Finance and Legal Product Stream. Under the mentorship of your Product Group Manager, you will take charge of a suite of applications within the Finance function.

What you’ll do

  • Strategic Vision and Team Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to successfully launch our products, aligning with the overarching product vision. Ensure seamless delivery of value from start to finish, fostering broad adoption across the IS/IT consumer base. Lead and empower the teams responsible for building these capabilities, while engaging with stakeholders to ensure your efforts bolster the performance and success of other product lines. This includes customer segmentation, strategic collaboration for product strategy development which maximizes value and aligns with corporate goals, and effective communication and marketing to ensure a shared understanding among all stakeholders.

  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product from its inception and strategy development through to continuous value management and eventual retirement, including all aspects of the value delivery model (L1, L2, L3, etc.). This encompasses defining the long-term business capability automation and digitalization roadmap, as well as participating in governance processes that enable product vision, alignment and prioritization across multiple options.

  • Value Optimization: Analyze and perpetually manage the cost-effectiveness of the product, fully driving its adoption, and delivering applications that align with Nestlé’s vision to improve user experiences, standardize operations, and leverage centers of scale and competency. Perform competitive analysis to inform the product strategy and ensure value for money.

Minimum qualifications:

• Educational Foundation: Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for computer science or a related field, to support the product’s technological demands.

• Seasoned Professional: Bring at least 10-15 years of experience in a product focused IS/IT role, demonstrating a history of ownership and impactful delivery in a dynamic setting.

• Technical Acumen: Have a robust understanding of SAP Finance, system engineering, information security, and architecture standards, complemented by familiarity with various software development methodologies (e.g. agile, waterfall) and modelling techniques.

• Business Insight: Exhibit an excellent grasp of business complexities and interdependencies, with a deep knowledge of the IT landscape pertinent to the functional area of accounts receivables and O2C overall.

• Innovation and Integration: Understand the application of cutting-edge technologies in the industry, with practical experience in AI/ML, Automation, Data Analytics, APIs and integration. Experience in blockchain, UI/UX design and other special AR applications is a plus.

• Organizational Mastery: Display exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Global Communicator: Proven ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels in English and thrive in a global, virtual team environment.
