To complete our IT Technical & Platform department, we are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst - Contract Manufacturing.

The role

To build up our Global Tech Hub in Barcelona, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst - Contract Manufacturing to be part of our Manufacturing Design and Build team.

  • Reporting to the Contract Manufacturing IT Product Manager you will be contributing to enhance the Contract Manufacturing processes via digital solutions.

  • As a member of the global Design & Build team in the Barcelona IT Hub you will be responsible for designing, developing, coordinating world-class technology solutions to support Nestlé’s Contract Manufacturing community

  • You will provide technical expertise in these areas and be responsible for the design and deployment of solutions under your responsibility.

  • You will build and maintain relationships with the various stakeholders in the Corporate Functions and in the Markets and as well with various IT Organizations such as IT Regional Teams responsible for deployment of the solutions offshore Development & QA Teams and IT Technical Teams.

  • You will develop a clear understanding of the Contract Manufacturing product group strategy and work with teams to ensure deliver of high-quality services.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for design and delivery of contract manufacturing applications. Activities include requirements specification, testing and quality assurance, development of training material and documentation. Ensure that solutions are secure and compliant and meet the needs of the business.

  • Run projects for contract manufacturing applications making sure that project KPIs are defined and respected.

  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to understand better the context of contract manufacturing as a guide to the design activities.

  • Work with Development team, Support teams and functional owner in your area so that the different perspectives of project delivery are taken into account for delivery and operations.

  • Contribute to contract manufacturing strategy product strategy and roadmap.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of experience in IT, preferably working in a DevOps environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management related to applications.

  • Understanding of Supply Chain/Manufacturing business processes.

  • SAP knowledge and experience of Logistic or Manufacturing Modules (PP, MM, WM, QM) and good understanding of their integration.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Exposure to technologies beyond SAP e.g. Microsoft, Azure, Reporting solutions (Power BI, Snowflake) a plus.

  • Experience explaining technical concepts and technologies.

  • Business experience in a relevant function is beneficial.
