Key Responsibilities:

• Launch the projects initiated by internal and external customers in line with the targets set by the senior management,

• Organize the relevant in-house coordination with the Quality and New Product Launch departments related to unsolvable and critical issues in mass production; missing damaged or incorrectly manufactured parts,

• Predict the steps that will create process and investment costs in new product projects and report accordingly,

• Plan, control and report expenditure of new investments in accordance with the budget and group rules,

• Control the effectiveness of the machine loading plans according to quantity and homologation and durations in order to ensure machine-human coordination for the realization of production and ensure production capacity to be used in a productive way,

• Carry out long term capacity studies that demanded from the customers and the manufacturing engineering capacity studies demanded from production planning

• Perform cycle time, new investment, tooling, capacity studies within the scope of proposal requests from customers within the required time,

• Implement and troubleshoot PLC programs, servo drive, scanner and automation instrument issues as needed for efficient operation of plant machinery, as well as HMI Interface and graphics applications for more efficient operator interaction.

Requirements:

• Graduation from the Technical Departments of University such as Electric and Electronics, Mechanical, Automation or Mechatronics

• Fluency in English and Turkish both in written and spoken

• Experience for 3 years or more in manufacturing environment and automation systems (preferably in Automated Production)

• Siemens S7 programming skills

• Reading, understanding and interpreting machinery electrical project sheets and automation instrument guides

• Basic information required for industrial robotic applications

• Basic information for programming languages especially C# for scada

• Residency or ability to reside in Eskişehir

• Driving Licence in B Class

• Creating and updating PFMEA,

• Control Plans and Process Flows,

• Calculating ME Capacity,

• Following up Assembly KPI Items and GKN Standard,

• New process commissioning,

• Leading efficiency and I4.0 projects,

• Programming software (PLC - Siemens S7 TIA Portal/Simatic Manager - SIMOTION/Starter) compliant with the standard,

• Define investment needed for new business.
