What you’ll do:

The Transportation Specialist/Child Care Worker works as a member of the Group Leaving Team. Primarily responsible for transporting students to and from the site for off-site appointments. the Transportation Worker reports to the Group Living Shift Supervisor.

To be considered, you should:

  • Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.

  • Have a desire to work with teens.

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years. CDL license holders will be eligible to drive buses and large vans.

  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
