Job Description

We are seeking former Military Personnel who have a signed 8610-2 application from a FSDO to join our team as Aircraft Mechanics. This is a direct hire opportunity where candidates will undergo a comprehensive onboarding process, including a 10-day A&P training course, culminating in testing for their A&P license. Successful candidates will receive competitive compensation and the chance to work with a leading MRO company.

Responsibilities

  • Perform part-time line maintenance (on-call and scheduled) on various passenger aircraft.

  • Conduct routine maintenance and airworthiness releases, ensuring aircraft are safe and properly documented.

  • Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft, engines, and associated components to meet deadlines and performance goals.

  • Troubleshoot systems, disassemble, repair, and reassemble sections and components according to approved technical data.

  • Ensure all departing aircraft comply with FARs and manufacturer manuals.

  • Communicate and collaborate with the air carrier's maintenance control center as required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Approved 8610-2 application signed by FSDO.

  • Combined 30 months of experience across Airframe & Powerplants during military service.

  • Experience as Fixed Wing, Crew Chief, or Leadership roles in the military.

  • Ability to operate equipment and read technical information.
