Description Robert Half is a global leader in detail oriented staffing and consulting services. We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, detail-oriented Contract AP (Accounts Payable) Specialist to join our highly reputable and dynamic team.

Job Summary: The Contract AP Specialist will be responsible for managing a portfolio of vendor accounts while directly supporting the Accounts Payable Manager. The individual will have a proven track record of AP experience with a thorough understanding of payable processes and systems. Responsibilities: Process, verify, and reconcile invoices effectively and accurately. Allocate expenses to accounts and cost centers by analysing invoice/expense reports. Manage day-to-day transactions, including expenses and invoice payments. Maintain open lines of communication for invoice inquiries, disputes, and reconciliations. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or misapplied cash transactions. Maintain vendor files accurately, both digital and physical. Timely completion of month-end close procedures. Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process. Requirements Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable or similar accounting experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with vendors, team members, and management. Intermediate Excel skills. Adept understanding of financial (EPR) software applications. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Familiarity with general accounting principles.
