Then become part of our exciting global team as Senior Sales Support (w/m/d) for Business Services in Direct Export Sales to enrich and drive the sales internationally.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of thisposition, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile(within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective workinghours.

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • As Senior Sales Support for Business Services in Direct Export Sales you will define templates and processes to smoothly run incoming requests and approvals for sales related documents

  • You will drive the digitalization in Document Management team by supporting and rolling-out PowerBI & MS365 applications

  • You are responsible for processing incoming inquiries using checklists regarding manufacturer authorizations, spareparts availability, technical parameters or other confirmations that are used by our country organizations or business partners as part of sales activities, e.g., the submission of offers

  • You coordinate and support escalations in document approvals from Sales, Business Lines, Commercial, Legal and Compliance teams on Siemens Healthineers tenders.

  • You prepare/check/sign documents with an IV or ppa signatures as well as notarial certifications or apostille certificates from the district court

  • You check incoming invoices in connection with document confirmations

  • For the right candidate, this role could be promoted to a Team lead position in short to mid-term

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have completed a university degree in business administration or economics

  • You have already gained many years of professional experience in Sales, Quality or Document Management in an international B2B sales environment

  • You have proven extensive knowledge of the MS365 environment and are well-versed in dealing with MS Power Apps and MS Teams

  • You are able to lead clarifications cross department regarding provision of letters

  • Ideally, you know the products and the environment of Siemens Healthineers

Your profile and skills:

  • You will be working in an (inter-) national environment. Therefore, you have very good written and spoken German and English skills; ideally you have additional language skills

  • You are committed and enrich our team with driving and implementing new ideas

  • You are comfortable in working on strict timelines
