Your future role.

• You are fully responsible for the successful project execution of complex C or B projects in our focus industries like Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas or Test Applications.

• In close cooperation with the procurement team, you coordinate the external and internal suppliers.

• Increase of customer satisfaction with a delivery of the project in time, budget and required quality is your focus.

• You are leading an international project team.

• Professional reporting to the management, to the steering committee and to our customers is part of your daily work.

• You act as role model in project management and share your experience with junior project managers in our organization.

Your profile.

• You have completed a master’s degree in electrical engineering or similar.

• You have already gained long-term professional experience (5+ years) in the field of industries like Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas or Test Applications.

• You executed several international projects and you are a certified Senior Project Manager according to PM@Siemens.

• Additionally you have experience in leading and managing global teams.

• You have analytical thinking skills to quickly identify problems in a project and to find the right counter measures.

• You have intercultural competencies and you love to work in international teams.

• You are fluent in English and German; Spanish would be a benefit.
