What part will you play?

  • Assume sole technical responsibility for the medium voltage primary gas insulated switchgear (GIS) portfolio and team.

  • Develop product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

  • Evaluate markets, define return on investment and set R&D priorities together with your team.

  • Set product cost targets for R&D and drive design to cost measures in cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, R&D).

  • Actively push the ramp-up of the sustainable and digital primary blue GIS portfolio.

  • Drive up market shares and increase profitability while ensuring factory load.

  • Digitize existing order processes and workflows.

  • Take charge and nurture the PLM GIS Primary team.

What you need to make real what matters.

  • You are a powerful leader with a master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with many years of experience in systems and/or solution business functions.

  • You are result oriented and have several years of leadership experience.

  • A solid understanding of medium voltage switchgear especially primary distribution as well as product and system business.

  • You possess excellent analytical, teamwork, resilience and interaction skills.

  • The ability to communicate effectively in English and German is a must.
