Description of Work

As a Semi-Skilled Laborer, you will focus on performing maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment as well as maintaining cleanliness of grounds. You will have the opportunity to assist in manual labor activities and conduct inspections to ensure safety and proper upkeep of the property. Work includes minor electrical and plumbing repairs, landscaping duties, painting tasks, as well as maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment. You will be tasked with ensuring work is completed in an efficient timeframe to maintain operations. Additionally you will be required to walk around the building to ensure doors, garages, and gates are properly locked.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch, hours may vary based on operational needs. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
