Provider Resources, Inc IT Project Coordinator in Erie, Pennsylvania

Position Description:  Position Description:  IT Project Coordinator

Under the supervision of the IT Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of technical projects that impact multiple departments, systems, or workflows with moderate to high risk and complexity or multiple projects simultaneously with lesser risk and complexity.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Understand and represent PRITM 's mission, vision, and values to all internal and external customers
  • Engage clients in appropriate communication that manages client expectations and builds a collaborative relationship with the client
  • Interact with government and private sector clients, partners, and PRITM staff in a professional and accountable manner, and as a representative of PRI management
  • Interact with  project team members in order to successfully fulfill contract obligations with the highest quality and in a timely manner meeting PRITM 's ISO requirements
  • Instills integrity throughout the organization via active participation in ISO requirements including but not limited to timely submission of Corrective Action Plans for all matters in which either PRITM standards and/or corporate contract standards have not been met. Communicating outcomes to team members to ensure a positive, open, environment which mitigates risk and achieves a culture of Continuous Quality Improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule with budgets and cost projections
  • Proactively manages and coordinate activities to ensure timeliness of deliverables to exceed contractual obligations
  • Develop workflows using MS Visio
  • Support development and maintenance of written Standard Operation Procedures for Programs
  • Proven ability to write and prepare technical program reports which may include status and progress reports
  • Support compilation of information provided by diverse team into a written format for inclusion in format technical reports, presentations, etc
  • Interact with clients, partners, and PRI staff in a professional and accountable manner, and as a representative of PRI management
  • Participation in, and administration of, IT Meetings
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions in a collaborative environment across numerous stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings logistics, including conference calls, WebEx meetings and events or other platforms
  • Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables
  • File all project documents (hard and soft copies)
  • Assist in development of training for PRI staff
  • Assist in quality assurance testing of PRI applications
  • Maintain all project documents and perform ongoing document managements (hard and soft copies)
  • Ensure coordination of all disciplines within the team
  • Responsible for document version control and quality assurance for formatting
  • Responsible for tracking project changes and producing updated schedule as agreed with management & executive team
  • Compile summary documents, collect and include contributions of the team
  • Track internal project team assignments and report status to project manager(s) and/or project director(s)
  • Maintain detailed schedule to include all project phases and dependencies
  • Work with IT Support Manager to maintain asset inventory
  • Assist in monitoring quality assurance of requests, problems, and changes in helpdesk system
  • Maintain IT calendars
  • Provide assistance as needed to team members; technical assistance or other support
  • Ensure 508 Compliance
  • Establishes and maintains user accounts in Active Directory
  • Perform other duties as assigned

     

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in healthcare, computer science, or equivalent experience
  • Technical writing experience and/or formal education
  • Proficient in Office, Excel, Visio, Power Point, MS Proje t, etc
  • Knowledge of programming and/or software development life cycle
  • Knowledge of meeting/conference planning preferred
  • Experience with data gathering, analysis and reporting
  • Experience with budgeting, including estimating and tracking ongoing budgets
  • Demonstration of adherence to deadlines
  • Customer service oriented
  • Reliable, honest, and trustworthy; Integrity is required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing in a succinct manner
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment

  • Flexibility to changing requirements and contingencies

  • Ability to interface with all levels of management and staff personnel
  • Must have no conflict of interest (COI) as defined in 1154(b)(1) of the Social Security Act (SSA)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Security Clearance

The location of this position is our Erie, PA corporate office.
