Roles & Responsibilities:

o Prepare and deliver instructional material in a clear and engaging manner

o Creating curriculum that accomplishes the set objectives

o Develop a syllabus that outlines topics that will be explored and listing due dates for lessons, assignments, and quizzes

o Giving lectures and organizing activities to present material and deepen understanding of coursework

o Encourage student participation and engagement in class

o Provide feedback to students to improve their understanding and performance

o Collaborate with other departmental managers and stakeholders to improve curriculum and educational outcomes

o Incorporate new requested materials into the course curriculum.

Required Skills ( Technical Competency ):

o Associate degree or an equivalent degree in a related field

o Prior experience in teaching or related field is preferred

o Excellent communication and organizational skills

o Ability to motivate and engage students in the learning process

o Strong knowledge of the subject matter

o Flexibility and adaptability to changing classroom dynamics

Desired Skills:

o Strong communication and presentation skills.

o Well organized and ability to adjust planned lessons to meet student knowledge skills, and abilities.

o Ability to Interact with multiple stakeholders at all the levels.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

· Instructor will be required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time.

· May also need to lift and carry materials and equipment up to 25 pounds.

· Part-time/hourly - Based on training schedule.

· Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
