Position Description: Data Entry Clerk

The Data Entry Clerk will report to IDRE Data Entry Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations to accurately enter and update data into the appropriate database systems.  The Data Entry Clerk requires candidates with quick and accurate typing skills. 

 Responsibilities: 

  • Understand and represent PRI's mission, vision, and values to all internal and external customers
  • Engage clients internal and external in appropriate communication that manages expectations and builds collaborative relationships
  • Interact with project team members in order to successfully fulfill contract obligations with the highest quality and in a timely manner meeting PRITM ISO requirements
  • Instills integrity throughout the organization via active participation in ISO requirements including but not limited to timely submission of Corrective Action Plans for all matters in which either PRITM standards and/or corporate contract standards have not been met. Thereby, ensuring a positive, open, environment which mitigates risk and achieves a culture of Continuous Quality Improvement.
  • Accurately enters and updates data into database systems, systems of record, workbooks, and other documents as required
  • Verify and validate data to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to physical and data security protocols
  • Demonstrates skill and experience in the submission of timely, accurate deliverables. Requires 98% accuracy and 100% timeliness
  • Ensure timeliness of deliverables to exceed contractual obligations
  • Contributes to business development efforts through exceptional communications, timely, accurate determinations, documentation and professional communications
  • Perform other duties as requested

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
  • Position requires high concentration and focus
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to plan, prioritize and achieve daily goals
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Must have no conflict of interest (COI) as defined in 1154(b)(1) of the Social Security Act (SSA)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Security Clearance

Preference will be given to those individuals where their primary residency is located in a qualified HUBZone (http://map.sba.gov/hubzone/maps/)
