Front Range Landfill, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety conscience Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager to join our GROWING team in Erie, Colorado.

PAY:

•$40/hr depending on experience

• $5000 first year stay-on bonus!

•This position is eligible for safety bonuses!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

•Mange and ensure all maintenance technicians know their assigned tasks each day

•Provide recommendations for maintaining and improving environmental performance and safer work environment

•Coordinating and verifying landfill face safety and traffic control•Has a “can-do” attitude when job-site difficulties arise

•Ensuring a safe work environment for all employees

•Work in a fast paced, team environment

•Follow safe operating practices

•Learn and use interpersonal skills relating to good customer service

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

•Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects over 60 pounds.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•Valid drivers license.

•Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.

•5+ years of experience preferred.
