ManpowerGroup Field Service Technician in Erie, Colorado

Our client, a leader in the technology services industry, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of the technical support department, ensuring high-quality service and support to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Field Service Technician

Location: Erie, CO

Pay Range: $43,680 - $62,400

What's the Job?

  • Provide on-site technical support and service to clients.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various fueling systems and equipment.

  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience in a support or field service role.

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
