Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
You plan, organize and execute community events both virtually and in-person
You create engaging content for the community, including yammer posts, newsletters and blog articles
You moderate and manage the community’s communication channels, including forums and chat groups
You collaborate with other internal community owners to identify and implement new initiatives to enhance the community experience
You monitor community feedback and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
You participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on community engagement and performance

Your qualifications and experience:
You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Communications, Business Administration)
You feel comfortable with MS Office, especially PowerPoint
You have experience with video recordings, editing/clipping and further media
You are familiar with community management best practices and tools
You having knowledge or interest in citizen development and related technologies is a plus
Your attributes and skills:
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German skills would be an asset
You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
You are passionate for community building and engagement
The duration of the mandatory internship is a minimum of 4 months, more is a plus.
