Then come and join our global team as an Intern (f/m/d) to support us in Community Management.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You plan, organize and execute community events both virtually and in-person

• You create engaging content for the community, including yammer posts, newsletters and blog articles

• You moderate and manage the community’s communication channels, including forums and chat groups

• You collaborate with other internal community owners to identify and implement new initiatives to enhance the community experience

• You monitor community feedback and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner

• You participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on community engagement and performance

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Communications, Business Administration)

• You feel comfortable with MS Office, especially PowerPoint

• You have experience with video recordings, editing/clipping and further media

• You are familiar with community management best practices and tools

• You having knowledge or interest in citizen development and related technologies is a plus

Your attributes and skills:

• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German skills would be an asset

• You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• You are passionate for community building and engagement

The duration of the mandatory internship is a minimum of 4 months, more is a plus.
