We are hiring a Manager System Engineering High-Power for our Industrial and Automotive gate drivers team in Ense, Germany.

Edu c ati o n and w or k experie n c e:

• Degree in electrical e n gineeri n g o r other de e p tech n ical backgr o u n d i n power electronics

• 5 years' releva n t ex p e rience

P ro f essi o nal exper t ise:

• Deeply e xp erience in power electronics esp e cially related to g a te d rivers and i nverter systems a n d / or I G BT and M OSFET tech n ol o gies

• Experience in circ u it d esign a nd l ayout o f pr i nted circ u it boa r ds w i t h CAD sys t ems like f o r instance A lt ium Desig n er

• Experience in c h aracterizati o n of gate d r ive r s, p o w er semicon d uct o rs an d / or i nverter system

S o f t s k ills:

• Capabilities in managing and leading people

• Proven capability in leading complex projects and being effective while interfacing with different teams

• Very good command of spoken and written English

• Ability in understanding and executing of Marketing- and Go-to-Market-Strategies

• Be willing and having the flexibility to travel on demand

• Ability in promoting and demand creation at customer .

• Circuit design of gate drivers i nc l ud i ng selection a n d e v aluat i on of suitable c o mpon e nts

• Lay o ut of p rinted circ u it b oards i n clud i ng c o mpila t ion o f related p r oduct i on d ata for external m anufac t uri n g par t ners

• Low a n d h i gh v o ltage evaluat i on of gate dri v er designs

• Review an analysis of competitor pro d ucts

• Compi l i n g and r e vie w ing of relat e d g a te dr iv er docum e ntati o n in C hinese a n d Eng l i s h lan g uage

• Visiting cu s tomers for sup p ort an d dem a nd creation (in conj u ncti o n w ith S al e s)
