We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist in Enon, Ohio, United States. The role revolves around coordinating with vendors and various departments, ensuring smooth operations for our retail business. The job demands a high level of organization, communication, and critical thinking skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing directions daily.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the introduction of new items by liaising with managers and vendors.

• Collect, organize, and forward necessary data to the next team.

• Manage the changes in information setup upon receiving requests, ensuring accurate data transmission.

• Troubleshoot issues related to product availability and sales, implementing effective solutions promptly.

• Maintain clear and efficient communication through email and Teams, dealing with internal and external customers, including stakeholders at various levels.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to perform tasks such as vlookups, pivot tables, and data formatting.

• Take on a team lead role, guiding team members and ensuring work quality.

• Conduct data entry tasks combined with some analysis, ensuring high accuracy and speed.

• Display strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Demonstrate critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions.
