Robert Half Accounting Analyst in Enon, Ohio

Description

Robert Half office in Dayton is recruiting for a long-term Accounting Analyst contract position for our client in Enon, Ohio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, transfers, and adjustments

  • Review retail inventory balances and process adjustments

  • Analyze inventory variances to identify root causes

  • Research and resolve store operator/field operation inquiries

  • Ad-Hoc duties as needed

Specific Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills

  • Analytical skills and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends

  • Effective written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

    Requirements

  • Strong documentation and organization skills

  • Excellent research and analytical skills

  • Previous experience working with ERP systems

  • Oracle and SAP Experience ++

  • 2+ years professional accounting analysis skills
