Boeing Talent Acquisition is currently looking for a Systems and Data Analyst Mid level 2 or Experienced 3 to join the support team in Englewood, CO . This position will focus on supporting Boeing’s Digital Solutions and Services including critical day of operations flight planning software, data delivery mechanisms, various inflight mobile applications, weather solutions, and other various flight critical software. This position responds to customer technical support emails, calls, and internal escalations resulting in a high degree of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, this position will be responsible for building and maintaining external support knowledge base, resources, and troubleshooting tools.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving

  • Serves as key technical support contact point for Boeing and Jeppesen customers.

  • Answer incoming technical support escalations, phone calls, and emails in an effective, efficient, and friendly manner.

  • Performs server health checks and process/service restarts as part of our proactive activities to ensure optimum system uptime.

  • Collaborates with advance support teams, engineering and Dev teams on resolving complex issues and software bugs.

  • Respond to inquiries, answer questions, and guide customers, dealers, and internal staff through specific procedures to ensure the highest quality software performance and department goals are met.

  • Respond to all inquiries for technical support within defined service level agreements.

  • Enter information into customer resource management tool in order to ensure proper tracking and metric reports are sent to development and or appropriate business units.

  • Maintain working knowledgebase and Tech Support internal troubleshooting websites, resources, and tools.

  • Perform other duties as required.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location in Englewood Colorado. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience supporting computer applications in an operational (mission critical) mode.

  • Customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or Computer Science field or equivalent combination of education and work related experience.

  • 1yr customer service experience.

  • Dispatch license, Pilots license, Instrument rating, or other Aviation certifications a plus.

  • Unix/Linux experience a plus.

  • Microsoft or other computer technical certifications a plus

  • Azure/AWS Cloud experience is a plus

  • Experience developing or supporting mobile applications a plus.

Typical Education & Experience:

Level 2 : Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master, 6 year's related work experience, etc.). Preferred but jot required

Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 ducation/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.) Preferred but jot required

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Level 2: $75,650.00-$102,350.00

Level 3: $93,500.00-$126,500.00
