Structures & A&P Mechanics (Active Clearance Required)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced A&P & Structures Mechanics to perform heavy maintenance and modifications on military aircraft. Responsibilities include conducting C-Checks , Service Life Extension Programs (SLEP), and other major checks on aircraft such as PC-12 (U-28) , Dornier 328 , A-29 Super Tucano , and Dash 8 series.

Qualifications:

• A&P License

• Active Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one.

• Own tools , with tools etched and shadowed .

• Stable job history with a focus on long-term employment.

Preferred:

• Depot-level maintenance or heavy maintenance experience.

• Interest in a long-term career at SNC.

Work Schedule:

• Shifts vary (mostly day shifts , occasional night shifts ).

• Overtime available but not guaranteed.

• Shift flexibility required.

Compensation:

• $40/hr base pay.

• Per Diem available (up to $88/day ).

• 6 Paid Sick Days annually.

Contract Details:

• Long-term contract with potential for permanent placement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00
