Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Perform administrative and system set-up responsibilities related to the payment system used for license fee calculations
Perform contract summary reviews and understand programmer contracts to determine payment requirements, calculations and impact to subscriber reporting
Review/audit economic terms of programming contracts to ensure payments are accurate and delivered in a timely manner to all programmers and vendors
Assist with circulation and tracking of payments for approvals
Assist programmers as needed with account, payment, and statement analysis
Perform special tasks and ad hoc projects to contribute to the team goals of accuracy and efficiency
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
4-year degree, preferably BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration
Intermediate Excel and G Suite experience preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to independently resolve problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations and communicate issues and recommend solutions to a wide-ranging audience
Willingness to follow written procedures as well as work closely with experienced team members
Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Maintain high energy, a positive attitude, and have a desire to learn and maintain an inquisitive mindset with a willingness to question the status quo
Maintain a high degree of professionalism, discipline, and enjoy the competitive spirit of adventure
Ability to assess and recommend improvements for processes and procedures; willingness to learn new concepts and work with teammates to find solutions
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
