Product Manager (on site) Cognizant Digital Engineering practice is looking to hire a Product Manager, to lead and run an engineering team, someone who can plan strategies for the development of designs and products on schedule, and on budget, to drive innovation, and deliver high-quality software solutions to our clients. Work multi-functionally with onshore Product Managers, Development and QA to launch products and enhancements. Cognizant Digital Practice helps clients reinvent products, experiences, and business models to build new value, differentiation, and drive revenue in the digital economy. We take an Experience centered approach which uses human insights to take ideas from vision to outcome and building end to end experience led solutions that enables brands to transform their customer and employee experiences using design, marketing, and commerce capabilities. Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado Day-To-Day Responsibilities: Acts as a proxy between Client and offshore to Communicate requirements and provide supporting detail regarding product high level user stories and specific sub stories with appropriate documentation to offshore Development and QA teams. Understands the current and intended end to end customer experience. Work multi-functionally with onshore Product Managers, Development and QA to launch products and enhancements. Provide transparent communication with all stakeholders. Identify and optimize process improvements between onshore and offshore teams. Key Qualifications: Required skills: Figma, Jira, Confluence. Agile methodologies and experience in developing Web based products. Should possess good communication and stakeholder management skills. Certified on product manager and scrum/agile practices are preferred. Overall experience 10 - 15 years

The annual salary for this position is between $102,600.00 - 160,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
