Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join our Service Activation team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing a variety of voice components, cable modems, routers, and switches to ensure seamless service activation for our customers. Your primary duties will include creating and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecommunications hardware, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. Experience with manual testing methodologies and a passion for delivering high-quality products are essential.

Pay Range: $38-40 / hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of experience with Manual Testing / Quality Assurance

Experience with functional testing

Test management experience with ALM Octane

Environment monitoring and troubleshooting experience with Splunk (or related)

Basic networking knowledge (IP V4, V6, DHCP, etc) Telecommunications industry experience

Basic knowledge of automation processes null
