As our HR Manager, you will not only manage traditional HR responsibilities but also be a strategic partner to leadership, helping to align our workforce with the company's goals and vision. You'll have the opportunity to implement innovative recruitment strategies, foster a culture of continuous learning, and spearhead programs that support employee well-being and development.

salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to candidate selection, and develop strategies to attract top talent.

  • Employee Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and understand their roles.

  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, conduct evaluations, and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive working environment.

  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

  • Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal standards.

  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and report on key HR initiatives and trends to senior management.

  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with leadership to support organizational change and development initiatives.
