PulteGroup Financial Planning Analyst (Must be located in Colorado) (Pulte Mortgage) in Englewood, Colorado

This position is hybrid requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in office in Englewood, CO.

JOB SUMMARY

This position will play a key role with the finance team, and work closely with all levels of the Management, and departments across the organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Helps to drive Annual Budgeting and Quarterly Forecasting processes and timelines.

  • Performs variance analysis for actual results against budget/forecast/prior year.

  • Develop budget/forecast review presentations, excel models, and ad-hoc analyses for the business.

  • Designs and implements reports and data feeds to support automation of manual processes. Assists in monthly close and supports other team members projects.

  • Assists in change management and driving key business initiatives.

  • Provide any ad-hoc reports and/or special projects as deemed appropriate by management team.

  • Manage key financial performance metrics and tracking.

  • Assists in all phases of the financial planning cycle including collection, consolidation, preparation, and maintenance of data, models, and schedules related to the planning cycle.

  • Ensures that all budgets and forecasts are accurately input and reconciled in the financial systems.

  • Assists in monthly close and supports other team members projects

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance preferred.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years

  • Prior Experience in Mortgage/Homebuilding industry is a plus.

  • Advanced Excel capabilities including ability to work with large datasets.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills and ability to work outside of Finance team.

Salary Range: $75,600 to $94,500 annually depending upon experience.

This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
