What you'll do

You will report to the SVP Go-To-Market and will work closely with both the Strategic Sales team and the Customer Success team for your 1-3 key clients Create the overall strategy for the client's program delivery across multiple projects Understand the account in terms of their business model, business challenges, and overall customer engagement processes Help shape client interest in our solutions to solve their urgent business challenges Ensure consistent messaging to clients and help gather the voice of the client information to provide feedback to evolve our product and solution offerings Create and maintain documented delivery plans which capture the overall project scope, requirements, cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment and related mitigation plans, as well as the success metrics to assess progress at each stage in the delivery lifecycle Plan and manage the execution of all customer projects to meet or exceed quality, profitability, stability, timeline, and customer experience metrics Provide work estimates and ensure all programs and solutions are delivered leveraging best practices and the CSG standards of program methodology and relevant client processes Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to create the overall strategy and service delivery expectations based upon measurement and management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) Evolve and optimize the service and delivery model and ensure proper staffing levels and skills are in place to execute on the strategy Approve all project/program proposals including scope, timeline, risk, requirements and change control, and be accountable for internal P&L of each pr Proactively monitor overall progress, resolve issues and initiate corrective action

Bachelor's degree in Business, related field, or equivalent experience Proficiency in English in a business environment 10+ years of experience of service delivery in a multi-product global services delivery environment 10+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated success building and leading support and delivery teams Experience in customer relationship management with the ability grow accounts
