Job Duties and Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing team and shape the future of in-home entertainment and smart home technology! DISH Network is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Operations Manager to lead our Sales Operations and Product team within our In-Home Services (IHS) business unit. This pivotal role will directly impact the success of our technician on-site sales efforts and optimize partnerships with our OnTech brand. You will be a key driver of revenue growth, collaborating with Account Management, Business Development, IHS field teams, vendors, and strategic partners. This is a player-coach role where you will develop your team while spearheading critical projects, negotiating with vendors, and presenting to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of up to 5 product and program managers, fostering a high-performance culture
Drive product strategy and execution, collaborating with vendors to make key product decisions impacting a $75M+ P&L
Develop and present new business opportunities and strategic initiatives to executive leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, IT, and distribution teams to ensure seamless execution
Define and own team priorities, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Analyze market trends in entertainment and smart home technology to identify growth opportunities and inform product roadmap
Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 2 years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams, with a proven track record of success
Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in vendor management and negotiation
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to collaborate effectively , drive accountability, and achieve results across multiple teams
Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing change and ambiguity
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
Experience in the entertainment, telecommunications, or smart home technology industry is a plus

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $100,000.00/Year - $110,000.00/Year
