Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the manufacturing industry, located in Englewood, Colorado. The role involves overseeing the processing of customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and handling customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications in a timely and accurate manner

• Keep up-to-date and accurate records of customer credit

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise

• Monitor customer accounts and undertake appropriate action as required

• Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for managing accounts payable

• Perform auditing tasks as needed to ensure accuracy in accounting functions

• Use accounting software systems effectively for data management

• Manage automated clearing house (ACH) processes

• Apply accrual accounting principles in managing accounts payable

• Utilize NetSuite for various accounting functions. Requirements • Proficient in Account Coding procedures and techniques.

• Experience with Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

• Demonstrated ability to handle various Accounting Functions.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

• Solid understanding of Accrual Accounting principles.

• Proven skills in conducting Audits for financial accuracy.

• Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.

• Proficiency in using NetSuite for accounting tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Good organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.

• High level of discretion and confidentiality for sensitive financial information.
