Are you a detail-oriented professional with a talent for managing payments and maintaining accuracy? As an AP Disbursement Specialist, you'll handle and record various payments while ensuring all transactions have the necessary documentation and comply with company policies. If you're highly organized, thrive in a high-volume setting, and excel at multitasking, we'd love to have you join our team!

salary: $24 - $26 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acts autonomously to create various payments to include but not limited to

• Manual Check Processing

• Electronic ACH Processing

• Wire Recording

• Ensure all proper support/research and documentation for all disbursements/voids/reissues

• Review banking portal to ensure previous days ACH payments posted and resolve any rejections

• Record all ACH Returns into the ACH Return Smartsheet

• Assist with checkbook reconciliation on a daily basis

• Process void check requests to ensure que is empty at end of week.

• Maintain daily logs including FedEx payments, ACH Audit Report and Batch ID Log.

• Responsible for adhering to all AP and company policies and procedures without deviation. Additionally, adherence to and compliance with information systems security which is everyone's responsibility. Every computer user needs to know and follow Information systems security policies and procedures. Attend Information Systems security training when offered. Report Information systems security problems.

• Assist with implementation of new projects & processes when required

• Due to the nature of the department and department function, excellent attendance is required. Must be present and available to work no less than 98% of all scheduled workdays.
