National Account Manager/ Customer Development Manager

This position reports into a Senior Customer Development Manager within our Pharmacy Team and is based at High Wycombe (hybrid).

What You Will Do

Reporting into a Senior Customer Development Manager, you will be responsible for a Pharmacy Wholesaler, having direct responsibility for the performance of our full portfolio with this customer.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for building positive and collaborative relationships with your customer contacts, and representing your customers requirements to the Kenvue business

  • Building and supervising a Joint Business Plan to ensure delivery of key metrics for the Kenvue and business partner

  • Develop a solid understanding of the market and keep track of the market activity to share information regarding changes or new activity in the marketplace

  • Identifies and progresses incremental growth opportunities within your business which is a fast paced and progressive landscape

  • Delivery of specified business targets (sales, spend and profit targets - INS, TCI, NTS, Net GP)

  • Full forecasting and spend management, making accurate forecasts to your business team and Commercial Excellence contacts

Qualifications

  • Experience managing an entire account or a category within a large account within FMCG environment

  • Ability to engage customers and collaborate with Kenvue experts to create winning strategies

  • Proven success in boosting sales, profitability, and market share

  • Talent for spotting sales opportunities and enhancing business effectiveness

  • Adaptability to changing business conditions and a willingness to take calculated risks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling business cases

  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent numeracy and analytical skills

  • High level of autonomy and enjoy networking to achieve results

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to write compelling, articulate business cases for new commercial solutions

  • Ability to shape plans and connect with the wider organisation

  • Deliver on key KPI commitments
