Edge Financial Senior Retention Manager in Encino, California

The Senior Retention Manager is one of the most important roles within the customer service department. This person under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, will work closely with Case Managers, Attorneys and CPA's. This person will work on MVP client cases and assist with client retention. This role will ensure escalated cases are addressed immediately and end with quality assurance.
Here are some of the important details:
Duties:
Communicate with Attorneys, CPAs and Enrolled Agents
Communicate with clients.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Prioritize and manage caseload.
Review client escalated cases and address all concerns
Review quality assurance and make improvements based as needed
Discuss resolution options and close out cases daily.
Qualifications:
Strong basic math skills.
Friendly and charismatic.
Team player.
Punctuality
Strong written and vurbal skillz.
Ability to Multi-task and prioritize deadlines.
Thrive in a fast paced environment.

Pretty darn analytical.
No tax experience required.
