Robert Half is hiring an IT Support Technician

This role is hybrid with 3 days onsite, and 2 work from home.

Responsibilities for this role include:

Resolve tickets escalated from tier 1

Log and track all issues in ticketing system

Active Directory administration

Office 365 support

Take part in IT projects & help the Project Manager with any needs

Help take leads on other projects
