LPN NEEDED FOR SATURDAY AND SUNDAY MORNING SHIFT 8AM TO 9AM (flexible can be earlier or later) Elmwood Park NJ - Private Home $40.00 an hour Provide morning feeding/meds to bedbound client using feeding tube (should take less than an hour and you are paid for the hour) Responsibilities * Provide morning tube feedings with meds and keep record of feedings n patient care book.  * Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change * Follow universal precautions whenever giving any aspect of patient care * Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event, incident, e.g., accident, injury or significant change in the patient's condition  Qualifications* 1 year experience as an LPN in a home care setting * 1 year experience using a feeding tube * Current New Jersey license as an LPN  * Graduate of an accredited program of practical nursing * Proof of current CPR certification * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation  We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
