We are looking for an accounts payable/accounts receivable specialist. Must have experience with Quickbooks and be comfortable working FULLY onsite. Ideal candidate would have 2+ years of experience. Apply if applicable.

salary: $20 - $25 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable

Quickbooks

Billing - vendor bills, entering bills, managing bills

Invoicing

Payroll - printing timesheets and sending to payroll company

Answering phones to transfer calls (no specific calling)

Skills
