This is a job for a Team Lead - Training position with a company located in the Ellisville, MS area. 

What you will enjoy doing: You will develop, coordinate, maintain, and standardizes plant wide training programs and courses to meet the business unit's safety and business goals, and in accordance with the company training programs. You will support the leadership and guidance for Training Coordinators. In this position, you will participate in the interview / hiring process of Operation / Production Technicians. You will be responsible for plant wide orientation and training of new hire Operation / Production Technicians and oversee their performance and attendance of new hires for first 90-days. Further, you will ensure accurate training records and training matrices for all departments.

What makes you great: You will require a High School Diploma / GED and 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a heavy concentration in a training function. If you have previous leadership experience, that is preferred. You must be able to support all shifts and work overtime and/or weekends as needed. Further, you will need excellent communication (both written and oral), organizational and interpersonal skills. You must be proficient with computers and Microsoft suite. This position will support operations and may work as an Operations Tech, when needed.
