LINDE ADVANCED MATERIAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (formerly Praxair Surface Technologies) Team Lead - req18825 in Ellisville, Mississippi

This is a Team Lead position located in Ellisville, MS.

United States | req18825 12-hour (Nights) 5:00pm - 5:30am

What you will enjoy doing: In this role, you will lead and maintain the overall activities of the production area during the shift according to the production plan. You will set expectations, monitor performance and provide coaching and corrective action to employees, and provide training and continual development for the team. Further, you will prepare shift turnover report for oncoming shift and lead shift start up meetings. You will function as a working Team Leader by filling voids on the production team as needed. Also, you will drive performance objectives in the areas of delivery, cost, quality, and safety, and assist employees in consistently achieving their specific goal(s). You will operate and/or oversee the operation of technical processes and equipment, including escalating repairs and concerns. 

What makes you great: A High School Diploma / GED is required and 7-years related experience, and at least 3-years in a leadership position. You need effective oral/written communication skills. You must have basic computer and math skills. Further you must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed. Must be able to successfully pass the essential job function physical requirements.
