This is a Job Description for a Product Engineer in Ellisville, Mississippi.

Duties and Responsibilities: รข You will assess and analyze current manufacturing processes, including overseeing and optimizing the full lifecycle of a product's manufacturing process and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency. You will work in a collaborative environment to develop the processes for new products, work processes, and other manufacturing needs. Further you will develop and draft job instructions for all manufacturing processes. You will also develop and implement efficient quality control processes and cost-saving measures. You must communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
Requirements and Qualifications: You will need Bachelor's degree in materials science, manufacturing, mechanical, chemical, industrial, or related engineering field. If you have 0-3 years' experience in manufacturing environment, Lean Six Sigma and using CAD (computer-aided design) Software, that is preferred. You need to be proficient in data analysis programs and Microsoft Suite. You should have creativity and analytical problem-solving abilities. You will need effective time management skills and excellent communication and customer service skill.
