The Headlines:   

In the role of Beer Flow Coordinator working in Elkton, VA, you will coordinate shipment and delivery of product while performing inventory transactions in SAP to account for product changes.

This role reports to the Sr. Process Leader - Warehouse, and works closely with the warehouse team.

The Responsibilities: 

  • Printing and reviewing production schedule regularly.

  • Manage mapping system of available product.

  • Enter Dunnage into SAP system.

  • Generate Bill of Ladings.

  • Print SAP Cycle Count Report.

  • Assist with and maintaining accurate cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciled inventory records.

  • Manage bonded and non-bonded incoming beer.

  • Manage process order confirmation by printing, distributing to UPL operators, and reconciling all process orders.

  • Manage delivery list and vessel activities in yard by reviewing location, contents of loads, trailer type/condition, and distributor orders.

  • Attend monthly team meetings and daily shift meetings.

  • Assist with quality holds by running the necessary reports, assisting with product retrival, supporting product requisition, and understanding the scope of the hold.

  • Perform troubleshooting activities when needed to assist with issues on the following topics – RF unites, SAP, docks, E-Pack, Weights, or Handling Units.

  • Responsible for communicating and coordinating activities with operations, quality, security, distributors and other internal customers as required.

  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The Other Qualifications: 

  • High school education or equivalent required

  • Knowledge in MS Office

  • Knowledge in SAP

  • Strong capabilities in accuracy of record keeping and data entry

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with inventory systems.

  • 3+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and make decisions in a team based setting.

  • Ability to work full-time, all shifts, all schedules, and all days of the week to include weekends and holidays.

  • Ability to be called in for emergency coverage and work overtime as necessary.
