Job Summary:

The Change Management Training Leader (CM&T) will be responsible for the Logistics and Distribution Training and Automation capabilities supporting the Value Stream initiatives. The position will support moving the Digitalization strategy for Logistics and Distribution forward. This position will develop and implement robust and comprehensive strategy of CM&T Programs for Logistics & Distribution and cross functional teams across Terumo Medical Corporation (TMC). In addition, this role plays a key part in the overall TMC Global Operations Change Management community.

Job Details:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive change management communications strategies and associates training programs that drive engagement, adoption and consumption of process, organizational and technology changes.

  • Partner with cross functional and global colleagues to drive operational change management & Training expertise.

  • Support training efforts by providing input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining Change Management & Training tools, templates, guidance, resources, and the L&D intranet page.

  • Analyze the impact on the business, including the stakeholders, policies and processes, of any process and or automation technology project or initiative.

  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

  • Supervises execution of activities related to organizational change management and end user readiness.

  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and in alignment with multiple global Terumo business units.

  • Evaluation of individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance metrics.

  • Responsible for ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.

  • Responsible for running training sessions and workshops to educate colleagues on how to apply change management across the Global L&D network.

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

  • Researching new training supplies and materials that can enhance TMC L&D training procedures while providing value to employees

  • Performs other job-related duties assigned.

  • Communications:

  • Guide Communication Team in working with process teams to ensure that new process and technology design elements are being appropriately communicated to the organization

  • Ensures consistent presentation of the project in all media, including presentations, Web sites, SharePoint sites, memos, speeches, print, etc.

  • Coordinates the change network responsible for communicating the change into the organization (i.e. - Extended Transition Team, Executive Communication Program)

  • Facilitate meetings, deliver presentations as required.

  • Project Management Activities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the client at multiple levels.

  • Ensures timely and high-quality deliverables of the team.

  • Assists with development detailed teamwork plan and integration of the Change Management plan into the overall project plan.

  • Manages team to the plan and timeline.

  • Identifies, tracks, reports and resolves issues.

  • Works with other team leads to ensure integration across teams.

  • Provides regular updates to Project Manager and other Stakeholders as requested.

  • Background Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources or a related discipline. 5 years’ experience in change management, with a proven record of delivering successful training, change projects, and or project management.Experience working in a global organization with complex/geographical context.Experience with building change management strategy, framework and training plans.Professional certification in Training Management, such as CPTM or PMP, is preferred.Six Sigma/LEAN experience prefered
