SENIOR MANAGER, ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

This role MUST BE onsite in Elkridge, MD. Relocation Assistance available

Responsibilities

  • Compliance with contractual standards, state and federal laws and regulations

  • Designated client contact for contractual issues

  • Meeting Profit and Loss targets to deliver on defined revenue targets

  • Act as liaison between client and teams to share updates and communications

  • Managing and developing goals, objectives, and long-term vision as an advocate for successful change

  • Remain current on pharmacy claims processing industry trends, best practices s

  • Identifying opportunities by organically growing current business and identifying potential new sales and partnerships

  • Working on-site for client engagements to build trusted, collaborative relationships and to identify and implement improvements

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Successful background managing large accounts

  • Minimum of three (3) years of account management experience for a government or private sector client in health care with two (2) years of Pharmacy claims processing point of sale (POS)systems experience

  • PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy is required

  • MD Pharmacist lic in good standing required (or attain within 6 months of hire)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (acquired within 6 months hire)

  • Previous experience with contract administration, project management and scheduling, strong client correspondence skills, dispute resolution, personnel issues, and status reporting

  • Assists in determining reimbursement methodologies by providing expenditure and utilization data by the National Drug Code (NDC), current version.

  • Previous experience providing pharmacy claims processing market trends and impact analysis

  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Bring experience in Strategic-level sales, operations

  • Business Processes Services (BPS/BPO) exp pref

  • Have experience managing teams delivering services, including Medicaid or healthcare call centers, pharmacy claims processing or other healthcare operations

  • Possess problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $110k-148K
