Job Title: CDL Driver

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an energetic, hard-working CDL Driver to facilitate transportation of materials and to support our on-going construction work in the Elko, NV area.

Job Duties:

  • Load and unload trucks

  • Pull orders and stage for delivery

  • Verify every load

  • Ensure vehicles are locked and inside the yard at the end of every day

  • Keep yard and warehouse clean and organized

    Skills/Qualifications:

  • Class A CDL in good standing

  • 3+ years Flatbed/construction material hauling preferred

  • Forklift experience

  • Must be willing to embrace the company’s core values

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

    Potential Hazards:

  • Outside the majority of the time

  • Potential exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures

  • Mining, pipeline, and refining environment

  • Limited working surfaces

  • Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors

  • Exposure to areas with limited visibility

    Essential Requirements:

  • Climbing up and down stairs and ladders to both get in and out of trenches and up to elevated platforms (scaffolding at significant heights)

  • Lifting necessary equipment and materials 1-50 pounds, 50% of the time on a monthly basis for required tasks

  • Potential or Periodic amounts of time for the following:

  • Walking on uneven terrain, with an average of 2 miles per day

  • Standing

  • Sit, stoop, crawl, and kneel

  • Use of respirator if position requires

  • Driving if required to travel

  • If driving is required, valid driver license and proof of insurability is required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search.
